Part Time and Full Time Available

We are currently looking to expand our services and searching for nail artist professionals, who can do natural nails, gel, pedicures, manicures, and even prefer someone who also specializes in artificial nails and enhancements. We also offer a range of natural nail care services which include regular, gel polish, and our line of 13-free, vegan, cruelty polishes. The nail services you provide are negotiable. If you are an acrylic artist specifically, and have clientele you may be eligible for specializing only in that for possibly higher pay. Nail Artist are eligible for higher pay, depending on experience. Additional Training may be rewarded for eligible achievements.

Our Spa Attendant is the “Director of First Impressions”. We are looking for a positive, friendly individual to greet our clients, schedule appointments, perform organizational tasks, and provide a professional relaxing atmosphere. Ensuring that the office and spa is presentable and clean. Assist Wellness Specialist with organization, and follow up and interact with clients. Preference given to an individual who has previous sales, spa or hospitality experience.

Spa Attendant Duties:

• Greet clients - Director of First Impressions - must be presentable
• Scheduling appointments
• Really good at follow up, customer service, being considerate
• Exceptional at up selling products & spa services (10% commission)
• Sell gift cards
• Re-book clients
• Ask about experience, request online reviews
• Answer phones
• Take messages
• Help ease transition for service providers if possible
• Watch front lobby
• Run cash drawer / Vagaro
• Cleaning duties

Growth Opportunities:

We will promote the right candidate to a Lead Spa Attendant or Spa Assistant Manager if you demonstrate a desire for more responsibility, and have an accounting or financial background. A Lead Attendant or Spa Assistant Manager needs to be budget conscious, and able to analyze profit and loss reports.
